Hi folks,

glad to see, and appreciate the many good quantity food resources.

I also have a Findhorn cook book for many, and there was also a Farm [the 
Tennessee/Gaskin Farm] veggie cookbook.  
Here we have plenty good meals.....  left over couscous tonight!  We are 
eclectic, non vegetarian.   Someone did make a batch of co-ho crunch to munch.
