Cohousing-L Mailing List: resale policies and affordability

Hi everyone,

I am curious to know about the resale policies or procedures of other 
communities.  E.g., do you keep a waiting list or pool of potential buyers?  Is 
there right of first refusal for those on a list?   Are there any time 
constraints on refusal?  As always, hearing from folks who have test driven 
their policy through actual resales would be extra useful.  

I am also particularly interested to hear from anyone from a community with a 
stated affordability value - how have you tailored your resale policy to be 
consistent with affordability?
