Cascadia Commons in Portland, Oregon has built 26 homes and a 3400 sq ft
common house on 2.87 acres. However, about half of our land is officially
designated "wetlands" or "wetlands buffer," which we are not permitted to
use for any purpose except to look at it. So, our density is way higher
than the one you are considering, assuming that you have full use of your
property.

We are very tight, but have a small garden area, two grassy courtyards, etc.
Our homes are 700-1350 sq ft., townhouse format or flat above flat. Most of
the 1300 footers are 3-storey. Check out our site plan at
cascadiacommons.com. (I think we may be inaccessible right now because of an
involuntary domain host change.)
