What's wrong with using the verb that already exists --- consent?

I consent       we consent
you consent     you consent
(s)he consents  they consent

The only real problem it has is that it is intransitive, so you can't say "I
consent that" and you have to use the marginally more awkward construction of
"I consent to that."
