Legally, service dogs must be accommodated. No choice. But they are so well-behaved that they can easily be kept to certain areas of the room. I was once in a restaurant when a woman brought in her service dog. I almost left as she was sitting at our table (a group conference). But the dog stayed still right beside her chair the whole time. We forgot she was there.
