I heard it twice as I was waking up - The second time I made a few notes
(to the best of my recollection):

The first sentence was something like "Cohousing is regaining popularity."
I suspect this meant "Intentional community in the form of cohousing is
regaining popularity." It featured Cohousing at Ithaca Ecovillage.  It
cited 49 built communities in the US and about 120 in the works. "similar
to cooperative apartments" "Takes inspiration from communes" and "hybrid
of ..." and had a fairly balanced description.  "Can be more expensive,
often 15% per square foot more" Residents are likely to drive "Hondas and
Subarus".

On the whole I thought it was a great piece.  It did not give any
references about where to find more information.
