I take this moment to acknowledge you, Fred, for all your behind the scenes
work for this listserv.  I imagine that it's hard to decide when to step in
and when to let the exchange unfold.  You are clearly a great list manager
because 99% of the time your presence is unnoticed.  We all use the
listserv.  It's ready and waiting 24hrs a day.  You fix it when it
hiccoughs.  We forget we pay no money for its upkeep or for your time to
manage it.

Thank you for your contribution to the listserv and to cohousing.  It's an
invaluable service.
