I think the problem is that people who are trying out a list about a new thing would rather get their information fresh and not frozen into a FAQ that might be ten years old, however full of yummy protein and fiber knowledge. Not an unreasonable request. Maybe a fresh short FAQ for utopian newbies and an old freezer-burned one for the "found out they are serious" types. I see no real solution to this problem.
