in response to your questions about conflicts between an office park and
cohousing:

i haven't seen the land, and have no idea idea how much space there is on the
site you are considering.  however, is it possible to have *both* the office
park and cohousing on the site?  this is a possible approach i have discussed
with town planning and zoning officials for a site i've been looking at in
eastern connecticut.
