Since you asked, i thought i'd put in a plug for Communities magazine.
It's the only national publication besides Cohousing that is specifically
oriented toward people interested in community living.  I consistently see
ads from cohousing communities there.  

If you've never seen Communities (or haven't taken a look in a long time),
i strongly recommend checking it out . . . i admit i'm biased since i serve
on the board of the organization that publishes it, but i really do think
it offers a lot of great advice that is just as relevant to cohousing
groups as to anyone else doing cooperative living in some form.  You can
get to the website from the main intentional communities website at
www.ic.org, or order a sample copy by calling Fellowship for Intentional
Community at 800-462-8240.
