My husband loves the idea of having "guys" readily available to watch "the game", grill, share knowledge of doing-it-yourself type work around the house, NOT having to worry about the lawn, etc. Also, he's a former chef and looking forward to the prospect of a captive audience in the common house (but may be a bit unusual amongst men in this regard...or not.)
