Diane and all!  Can you hear the cheers from DC?  Congrats!  I encourage you
to write up the model for the groundwork this process has taken for Jamaica
Plain -- it could be enormously instructive for people to learn how to
approach getting approvals for cohousing.  Like a "case study" of how JP did
it!
