Since we just had our second resale move in, here's our current 
(projected as of 3/1) population distribution at Swan's Market Cohousing

summarized:

studio lofts: 0 kids in 3 units
1BR: 0 kids in 2 units
1BR + loft: 3 kids in a total of 2 of 2 units
2BR: 0 kids in 5 units
2BR + loft: 1 kid in 1 of 4 units

So, to answer Rob's question: 2 1BR units (ignoring loft) have kids.
