They wrote about low income housing collaborations that cohousing folks
are making.  They refered to an organization "Neighborhood Housing (NH)" 

I wonder how the NH's they refer to compare to Neighborhood Housing
Services affiliates.  There are affiliates of NHS in many places in the US
-- there are several in the Twin Cities. 

The national NHS  web site is at http://www.nhsofamerica.org 
I found many affiliates when I searched for "Neighborhood Housing"
