Hello to the Cohousing Community,

I am seeking an affordable rental for a single senior, with the
possibility of renting toward buying the unit. 

I am a former teacher of Special and Regular Education, with a specialty
in Individually Guided Education, elementary.  At present I am unemployed
but not fully retired and enjoy active particiipation in social issues and
creative expression. 

For many years I have researched intentional community and have enjoyed a
rental in such a community that now no longer rents. 

I would prefer to remain in the California area but might consider other
locations. 

I would also consider sharing a unit with a private bedroom and bath with
the opportunity to participate in growing an organic garden
