Ours are included in the ones on that site, but also at 
http://www.mosaic-commons.org

I think you should share them freely - it benefits all of us for more cohousing 
groups to be 
successful.  Then again, I maintain the Mosaic website and am -heavily- biased 
towards free 
flow of information.

We've had a lot of help from gathering example documents from other groups when 
we craft 
our own - i consider sharing ours part of paying that back.
