My comment was not made in terms of how many households will fit into a two
bedroom unit but how many households can afford a unit that costs more than
$80,000. I'm not sure how many households with two children would be happy
with only two bedrooms either.

Thanks to Jan for clearing up the median, mode, and means bit. I'm still
looking for a source on the modal income.
