Cohousing-L Mailing List: RE: Donations from Community Funds

We have never done this. In fact, I don't think its ever even been talked
about or asked for. The community has done lots of internal fundraisers
though to support individuals charity projects, including bake sales, garage
sales, hosting fancy dinner, musical events. Occasional somebody goes  door
to door or puts out an email that they are donating to this cause anybody
else want to pitch in?
