Richard,

If you want to get up to speed in a hurry and shave at least a year off
your learning process, get yourself on a plane to Denver Wednesday
(Travelocity shows a $525 roundtrip from Logan, or look for the weekly
specials typically posted by mainly airlines Wednesday AM for Thursday
travel; or start driving today).

Bop up to Boulder and come to Professional's Day Thursday and a workshop
on Friday (perhaps Chuck and Jim's one on World-Class Design to add
value) and the national cohousing conference for the rest of the weekend.

There won't be anything like this for the next two years and you can meet
others doing exactly this right now.
