The Common House in Solterra was built with universal design in mind. A ramp
is provided to the entrance of the one-floor building. In the kitchen, pullout
cutting boards at wheelchair height are provided so disabled individuals can
aid in cooking.
Since the design and building of each house is determined by the owner, a
house may or may not have taken UD into consideration.
