Thinking out of the box... We are a family in Sebastopol looking at a
country property with a small home and the possibility of a granny unit.
Granny units can be up to 800 square feet with a possibility that the county
rules may soon change and allow up to 1200 sq '. Our family of four is
interested in sharing the property with an individual or small family who
would live in the granny unit. Anyone interested in discussing this property
