I agree with Robert. However, at Cambridge Cohousing (MA), members also wanted as few rules/regs as possible. We have, therefore, just 4 areas where we have "Rules." (Accessory Use of Units, Rentals, Pets, Parking) We are in the middle of discussions on smoking rules.
