    We have a large outdoor table with plastic outdoor
chairs that sits on a patio/walkway area right outside
our Common House front door, overlooking the garden
which seems to work well as a spontaneous casual
gathering spot.  People often bring their dinner
plates out there on hot nights that we aren't having
common meals and eat together.  No organization
required.  The first person shows up and others notice
and join them.  We've also occasionally had song fests
in that area.  One of our members has a chiminea that
she can wheel out onto the walkway at night and we can
gather around the fire.
     We also have an exercise workout room in our
Common house with machines, treadmill etc. and as far
as I know have never had any problems with it.
