There have got to be a lot of different site designs that allow car access
to houses. At Casa Verde Commons, we have either access from neighborhood
street or from two interior driveways that are not used by cars under normal
circumstances but can be used for deliveries or special access. Right now
one of our residents is parking her car on the driveway because she is using
crutches after foot surgery. Otherwise, except for rows of garages and
carports on the periphery of our community, our area is happily car-free.
