All I can say is.....WOW!!!
What an absolutely beautiful place you have created.
Did you build it from scratch or was there already a water source there/
How much did it cost?
How did you build it?
I'd like to learn all I can from your experience, and probably others would too once they have looked at the photo.

I can attest that the constructed pond and beach pictured below adds a great deal to the social and recreational life of Twin Oaks. It may also hold a community record for years of process before a decision. ;)
