Before considering your questions I'd like to have a clarification of what
you mean by "Equity Partners".  How many members do you have who are not
Equity Partners ?

We are 2-3 yrs before move in and have 12 participating households: 8
households who have made a modest investment to become Explorers, and 4
households who have become Equity Partners by investing $19,500 into our
LLC.
