Saoirse, We have an electronic decision log. It's a database that we export to an HTML file. The database also tracks the meeting minutes that included the decision and that is linked to the date in the decision log so you can click on the date and see the full text and context of the decision. Since the decisions are in a large HTML file you can search for any term using Edit-Find.
