Saoirse,

We have an electronic decision log. It's a database that we export to an
HTML file. The database also tracks the meeting minutes that included the
decision and that is linked to the date in the decision log so you can click
on the date and see the full text and context of the decision. Since the
decisions are in a large HTML file you can search for any term using
Edit-Find.

I'm curious about your experiences with creating a "searchable archive" --
sometimes, we need to find a decision quickly, but it seems difficult to
locate. Any great ideas out there?

Thanks,
Saoirse
