Although I'm still a member of this list, I'd given up on ever joining a cohousing community because the high costs made it an impossible dream -- so I can see why this fellow would get at least that impression. Life intervened, so I had to give up on exploring cohousing and muddle on in the crush of a "mundane" lifestyle. Will I find affordable opportunities if I start looking into this option again? Carol.
