message with the title:

I'm pleased to see the thread evolve to the topic of affordability.
It could have evolved into a flame (tho the original poster is not a
subscriber and may not be reading replies).  Cohousing-L subscribers /
posters are a great bunch; youall make being list manager a pleasure.
