Cohousing-L Mailing List: Example of investor information sheet

Hi,

I am with Mosaic Commons Cohousing, a group looking to build a cohousing 
community in Massachusetts.  We are looking to put together an investor 
information sheet (we are potentially looking to outside investors).  Has 
anyone put together something like this in the life of building their cohousing 
community?  It would help us to have an example to look at.
