Try cafepress.com or spreadshirt.com.  You create your design, upload
it, decide on what kinds of products you want it, and how much to mark
up the items.  You get the markup as profit, they keep the base price
for each item.

I would suggest making your own, there are probably either resources for
this in your group already, or certainly a graphic design shop local. We
made Sharingwood T-shirts for a community retreat event using a members
design and a local person to create them, they cost us $5 a piece.
