The new year will be an exciting time for the Arboretum Cohousing
community. After years of preparation, 40 homes, a combination of existing
homes and new units to be completed in 2007, are now available for
sale. Currently 17 homes are spoken for and 23 remain available for
newcomers.

Would you like your daily life to be more interesting, stimulating,
and growth- provoking simply by walking out your door? Would you like
access to 6,000 square feet of common spaceplus community gardens?
Does eating a couple meals a week with your friends and neighbors
sound good? Would you like to raise your kids in a kid and family
friendly paradise? Want to have neighbors who know and support you in
environmentally conscious living? "Arbco" near Vilas Park, Lake
Wingra, and downtown Madison could be the place for you!

Come to an orientation on the 1st or 3rd Saturday of January at 11
a.m. These will be held in the common house at nearby Village
Cohousing, on the corner of Mills and Mound streets in Madison. A
potluck lunch with Arbco members will follow at 12:30. All
interested persons are encouraged to join us for any or all of these
events. Hope to see you soon!
