There must be a way, as this link suggests that there is a market for recycled incandescents: http://www.recycle.net/specs/gr090140.html I suppose the question then becomes whether creating the infrastructure required to recycle incandescents would be better applied to a higher volume residential recycleable waste stream. For example, I'd love to see a Green Bin program (http://www.toronto.ca/greenbin/) started in my community. Thank you for the feedback in regards to my surplus incandescents.
