RoseWind Cohousing, in Port Townsend, Washington, has a fine house for sale. 
We are a built community of 23 households, with half of our 9 acres in 
commons, a substantial area in food crops, a well-used common house, and a 
location convenient to the rest of this liberal town of 8000. Port Townsend 
is on the NE corner of the Olympic Peninsula, about two and a half hours 
from Seattle. We are known for arts, music, wooden boats, a moderate 
climate, and lots of local community events. RoseWind Cohousing started 
about 17 years ago.
