Why not just call it "Sustainable Social Structures"?

I studied co-housing in college; my major at Prescott College was
Sustainable Community Development. I love the idea, but have no money. I
have often thought of starting co-housing here in Merced, Ca, where I
live. Perhaps there is money available to start such a co-housing
community, and I could write a grant proposal. Do you have any idea where
I might get such a grant?
