And on the East coast, there are Homefront Home kits. Walls from highly insulated structural insulated panels, fiber cement skins inside and out. No wood exposed to weather or termites. Structural steel frame to give 140 mph wind rating. Built on a slab, which moderates temperatures in Florida.
