Blue Ridge Cohousing in Crozet, Va (outside Charlottesville) will be having its 
first Open House on its newly rezoned property this coming Saturday and Sunday 
(2/9 and 2/10, from 1-4). 

We are zoned for 26 units and have a beautiful farmhouse with attached log 
cabin that will become the common house.  The 6-acre property has mountain 
views and a pool.  We have a great partnership with a nonprofit 
affordable/green builder.
