The program team for the 2008 conference is still looking for additional
proposals in the areas of marketing, community management (after move-in),
and senior cohousing/aging in place. Community management issues could
include legal issues, property management,  financial management, liability
issues, policies, insurance, replacement reserves, etc. All proposals,
ideas, and/or question should be sent to Steve Hecht (team facilitator) at:
