As a long time user of this list, I love its person-to-person  
simplicity. Including announcements of units coming up for sale -  
whether in new or old projects- and     rentals, swaps, and sits. If  
people want to do paid advertising, as via Coho USA, let them do so,  
but please don't filter that out of this list.
