Cohousing-L Mailing List: Phoenix Area?

I'd love to see a cohousing community in the east valley of Phoenix Arizona 
(Tempe/Chandler/Gilbert/Mesa).  Does anyone know of *any* cohousing 
opportunities in the Phoenix area?  I know there are some great communities 
down in Tucson, but the only ones I have seen listed in Phoenix are very 
small (Pierson St. Ecohood) or still forming (several listed on ic.org).
