Cohousing-L Mailing List: "Elder Rich" Model

I'm still on a high and processing all the wonderful experiences at the
National Conference!!

We are a forming community in Philadelphia, and originally decided that the
category of "Elder Rich" seemed a good one for us.  Now that we're getting
down to decisions and founding documents, we realize that we need much more
information on how it is defined, and how it plays out in planning and
day-to-day decision making.

Definitions, experiences and references would be appreciated.
