Hello All,

In the spirit of fairness that cohousing aspires to I offer the following work/pay system for your consideration.

White Males ages 18-65 - Expected full participation or one week at the community stockade for every 2 hours missed.

White Females ages 16 - 58 - Expected .75 of full participation or three shifts at the community laundry station per 3 hours missed.

Non white men and women any ages - If working more than two jobs outside the community, must contribute .65 equivalent work shifts or will be required to assist in the kitchen a minimum of 2 rotations per season. (If working only one job outside the community follow white male/female expectations.)

Children ages 11-18 make and female - Expected to do what is asked by parents or 5% will be with help from college fund per year.

Children under the age of 11 - We just expect you to eat the food prepared in community meals with no fuss or muss.

Renters - Now you are in for it. If you were told you were moving into a cohousing community then you are expected to act like it and do what is expected of everyone else. If however you snuck in and still have no idea what that big building is with the 6-burner stove you will be expected to start watering the community garden at least once a month.

That should cover everyone...I hope.
