Hi,

I'm a little unclear--is this just a three month rental? I just got notice
that the rent on my one bedroom is going up, and my ultimate goal is to live in
co-housing anyway. Sharing might be the way to go, but I am looking for
stability. Other negatives are that I have a lease until the end of August
and a very loving and lovable cat. He likes friends and brings other cats home
to play, but that depends on the other cat enjoying having a buddy.

I'm just throwing this out to see if our situations mesh enough to explore
further. I'm employed as a teacher at Mount Diablo USD, but run a tutoring
program rather than work in the classroom.

Let me know if you think we should talk.

Lia
