two bedrooms, a living area with a small office/bedroom separated by french
doors and a full bath.  The extra living area has functioned as an extra
bedroom, play area and movie room.

The 1600 foot main floor consists of a master bedroom, attached master bath
with soaking tub and separate shower, a guest bath, laundry room, a large
office/bedroom, large living room with wood burning stove, dining area, and
large kitchen, and windows throughout.  There are skylights throughout the
house.

The bottom floor consists of a 600 square foot L-shaped finished basement, a
600 square foot storage area and a separate entrance with french doors.

There is a large yard with a custom built playhouse, a wooden swing, a
trampoline, a pond and a firepit.

The rent for this would be $2500.00 a month.
