Jackson Place Cohousing is located in the heart of urban Seattle, with 27 
homes on 1.3 acres, near the downtown business district, in the heart of an 
ethnically and economically diverse neighborhood, which is in the process of 
growing in density with the ongoing construction of both low- and 
moderate-income multi-unit housing, with both bus and light rail connections 
to other parts of the city. We are definitely an urban cohousing community.
