Hi all!

Wow!  Only four -- that's 4! -- weeks till our annual Spring Bus Tour  
departs for its day-long visit, Saturday, May 15th to six of our  
Greater-Greater DC area cohousing communities.  We've added a short  
stop for a new group that has a site and is inviting in new members.   
(We might even have a surprise newer group, with a site, to  
announce!)  Plus we'll have literature from and presentations by folks  
from communities in our region that are not on the tour this year.

The tour includes transportation, snacks, lunch, knowledgeable guides  
at each community, discussion on board the bus, a fabulous array of  
communities to visit that span everything from tight urban in-fill to  
bucolic rural landscapes -- from single family detached housing to  
stacked condo homes.  All green, all sustainable all the time!

May 1st it goes up to $85.00.  This tour sells out every year.
