Mosaic Commons has a bike room in our Common House, which will be
(we're still sorting out that area) used both for storage and as a 
bike workshop.

In addition, every Mosaic home has an attached storage shed, which
many people use for bicycles.  And we're installing racks around the
community, particularly for the kids, to keep theirs out of pathways,
yards and neighbors' carports :)
