your proposal.

Some of the related topics might be:
 
What personalities are most/least attracted to cohousing?
Why?
Is it all about personality or is it also influenced by income level, education 
level, prior family size, urban/rural background?
Should cohousing ethics be updated to become more attractive to other 
personality types who are perhaps least naturally attracted.
Why?/Why not?
 
Depending upon conclusions, what are lessons to be applied in marketing to 
attract more of any particular type?
 
Every community from which I have heard, which are several, are presently 
seeking any edge thay can master to attract more prospects and to convert their 
prospects to buyers.
