Janet -- Cheers for you on a job well done -- and one that will serve  
as a model for others seeking this type of zoning.

You may have done this before ... but I'll ask again ... can you point  
us to the actual text of the zoning amendment/ordinance or law that  
provides this new designation?  This is seriously important  
information for all of us working on bringing cohousing to life.
