Our CH bathrooms have the kind of low-tech, really no-tech, paper towel 
holder that dispenses a single folded paper towel when you pull.  We also 
have a cloth towel in each CH bathroom, I guess for the benefit of those 
who feel worse about using a paper towel than about other people's germs.
